Our Mission
Student Tenants is a review platform for student renters. We help students share housing experiences tied to a .edu email, and we help landlords see where their properties stand from the tenant point of view.
Reviews are written by people who registered with a .edu email address. We confirm the address by sending a one-time verification code, but we do not independently verify current student status or institutional affiliation. Reports are submitted by registered users and published when they meet our content policies. Student Tenants does not verify the factual content of reports. Owners can claim listings, respond publicly to reviews and reports, and submit appeals.
